You are invited to the vernissage of the art project “Plastic Ocean” on October 11, 2024<\/strong>, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM<\/strong> at the Haus des Meeres<\/strong> in Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This exhibition, created by photographer\u00a0Andreas Franke<\/strong>, features\u00a024 impactful photographs<\/strong>\u00a0that address the urgent issue of plastic pollution in our oceans. Franke combines his artistic vision with a commitment to marine conservation, aiming to raise awareness of the threats posed by plastic waste to our oceans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Haus des Meeres<\/strong>\u00a0serves as an ideal backdrop, showcasing over\u00a010,000 animals<\/strong>\u00a0and emphasizing the need to protect our oceans. The opening of the Plastic Ocean project is part of the marine conservation exhibition “Wir und das Meer” which explores marine use and pollution. This connection encourages reflection on individual actions that can contribute to the protection of our waters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
